200 grams masa dough

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

In a small pot with water and salt, cook the beetroot for 20 minutes or until soft, blend, cool, and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the corn dough, water, salt, and beetroot puree, mixing until integrated and having a homogeneous consistency.
Form the toasts with your hands, maximum 28 grams each, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Serve and enjoy.
