600 grams white button mushrooms
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
10 cloves shallot , chopped
1/3 cups peppermint, fresh chopped
1/3 cups parsley , fresh chopped
salt
sesame seeds, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil with the garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Toss the mushrooms with this dressing.
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray and season with salt.
Bake the mushrooms for 30 minutes until well cooked and glazed.
In another baking tray, place the shallots and season them with a little sesame oil and salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
Combine the mushrooms and shallots in a bowl and add the mint, parsley, and sesame seeds. Mix and serve.
