Baked Poblano Chile Tostadas

  • 3/4 cups Poblano chile strips
  • 1/8 onions, roasted
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted
  • 1/4 kilos masa dough
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • flaxseed

  • Blend the roasted poblano strips, onion, and garlic until you achieve a puree. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the corn dough with water, salt, and poblano puree, mixing until well combined and achieving a homogeneous consistency.
  • Form a small ball of dough and, using a press, flatten them. Place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flaxseed, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  • Serve and enjoy.
