3/4 cups Poblano chile strips
1/8 onions, roasted
1 clove garlic, roasted
1/4 kilos masa dough
water
1 teaspoon salt
flaxseed

Blend the roasted poblano strips, onion, and garlic until you achieve a puree. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the corn dough with water, salt, and poblano puree, mixing until well combined and achieving a homogeneous consistency.
Form a small ball of dough and, using a press, flatten them. Place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flaxseed, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Serve and enjoy.
