Baked White Fish

  • 1 white fish fillet
  • 1/2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • salt and pepper

  • On a piece of aluminum foil, spread coconut oil and place the seasoned fish fillet.
  • On top of the fillet, place the onion, tomato, tablespoon of capers, and parsley.
  • Close the aluminum foil perfectly covering the fillet. Place it on a hot skillet and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Once ready, remove from heat and open the top part of the aluminum foil and enjoy.
