Beef Enchiladas in Pepper Sauce

  • Roast, peel, and clean the peppers, blend them with the onion, garlic, and serrano chili.
  • Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Original, fry the sauce, season with chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Separately, place the tortillas on a tray and spray each tortilla with 1 shot of PAM® Original, dip them in the sauce, and place them on the serving plate.
  • Fill each enchilada with the meat, place them in a microwave-safe dish, and cover them with the grated cheese.
