Blueberry and Orange Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is a great way to start the day. Blueberries combined with orange juice are an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants.

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup blueberries, blueberry
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 4 cubes ice cubes

  • Pour into two glasses and serve.
