1 cup Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; sunflower seeds, amaranth and raisins
2 slices panela cheese
1 egg

1 cup tomatillo, washed
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 onions
2 tablespoons serrano chile
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Crush the Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola; sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins in the processor.
Beat the egg and dip the slices of panela cheese in it, then coat them with Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola; sunflower seeds, amaranth, and raisins.
Spray a hot skillet with vegetable oil spray and cook the breaded slices of panela cheese.
For the sauce: in a blender, blend the tomatillo, cilantro, serrano chili, garlic, onion, and season with salt and pepper. Place a little oil in a pot and pour in the sauce. Cook it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve the slices of panela cheese along with the sauce.
