1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1/2 cups soy sauce
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cups fava beans, cooked
2 radishes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 avocado
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 cup wheat sprouts
2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped

In a pot over low heat, cook the rice with the two cups of water, add half of the soy sauce, ginger, and let cook for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, place the vegetables and marinate with the remaining soy sauce for 15 minutes.
On a hot grill, roast the peppers with the radishes and carrot.
Serve on a flat plate the rice, add the roasted vegetables, the avocado in slices, the black sesame seeds, and garnish with wheat germ.
