1/2 cups brown rice
3 sticks surimi
1 bunch fresh chives
3 tablespoons low-fat cream
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
2 carrots
5 cups water
1/4 white onions
vegetable oil

Chop the onion into very small pieces, fry with a little oil for 1 min. Then add the rice and stir constantly until the rice turns a little golden.
Peel and chop the carrot into very small pieces, add to the rice.
Add the water, and put on medium heat, let it cook until it is absorbed.
Chop the crab sticks (surimi) into small pieces and add 2 tablespoons of cream.
When the rice is ready, incorporate the crab and mix.
