Brown Rice with Crab

  • 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 3 sticks surimi
  • 1 bunch fresh chives
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat cream
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/4 white onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt

  • Chop the onion into very small pieces, fry with a little oil for 1 min. Then add the rice and stir constantly until the rice turns a little golden.
  • Peel and chop the carrot into very small pieces, add to the rice.
  • Add the water, and put on medium heat, let it cook until it is absorbed.
  • Chop the crab sticks (surimi) into small pieces and add 2 tablespoons of cream.
  • When the rice is ready, incorporate the crab and mix.
