  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, beer, water, turmeric, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients until you achieve a creamy consistency and coat the cauliflower in it.
  • Bake the cauliflower for 10 minutes with this batter, using this time to prepare the buffalo sauce.
  • In a pan, add the tomato, ginger, soy sauce, tandoori sauce, and sugar.
  • After 10 minutes, flip the cauliflower and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
  • Finally, coat the cauliflower in the sauce and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
