Cut the tomatoes in half so that there are two oval halves, then with a spoon remove the seeds and the entire inner part of the tomato. Place them on top of a serving tray or plate.
Place inside the seedless tomato halves, two balls of mozzarella cheese and on top the basil leaves, salt and pepper.
Then add a dash of olive oil to taste and a dash of balsamic vinegar
