Caprese Bites

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 balls Mozzarella cheese
  • basil, small or finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegars
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

  • Cut the tomatoes in half so that there are two oval halves, then with a spoon remove the seeds and the entire inner part of the tomato. Place them on top of a serving tray or plate.
  • Place inside the seedless tomato halves, two balls of mozzarella cheese and on top the basil leaves, salt and pepper.
  • Then add a dash of olive oil to taste and a dash of balsamic vinegar
