Heat a skillet, once hot add the butter with the carrot, onion, and cilantro, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir gently until the carrot is soft, once done add the ricotta and mix well.
Heat some oil in a deep skillet, warm the tortillas over low heat, fill with the carrot, wrap, and fry in hot oil, golden to taste.
Plate 4 tacos vertically, add cream and white cheese to taste.
