Cheese and Chipotle Stuffed Avocados

These avocados are filled with a cheese sauce with a touch of chipotle, very tasty and perfect for a family meal.

  • 4 avocados, ripe
  • 100 milliliters cream
  • 250 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, to taste
  • lemon juice , and salt to taste

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit, season with salt and a little lemon to prevent oxidation.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the cream and the amount of chipotle you prefer.
  • Fill the avocado with the cheese mixture. Serve.
