Cheese and Chipotle Stuffed Avocados

4 avocados, ripe
100 milliliters cream
250 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, to taste
lemon juice , and salt to taste

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit, season with salt and a little lemon to prevent oxidation.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream and the amount of chipotle you prefer.
Fill the avocado with the cheese mixture. Serve.
