1/2 chicken breasts
1 potato, medium
1/2 carrots
100 grams pumpkin, or pumpkin
2 tablespoons couscous
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon quinoa

In a pot, place the chicken, potato, pumpkin, carrot, couscous, quinoa, and garlic, and cook them until well done.
Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Cool a little and serve.
