Chicken Salad Rolls

A very healthy food, light and full of vitamins. They are some delicious chicken salad rolls. It's a perfect meal for kids or for a hot day where you want to eat something refreshing.

  • 1 cup chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cups grapes, Seedless
  • 1/4 avocados, crushed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • Jalapeño chiles, to taste

  • Cook the chicken with a little water in a saucepan, add onion, cilantro salt and pepper once well cooked, crumble it
  • Once fried the chicken mixed in a bow with almonds, avocado and grapes. add salt and pepper
  • With a spoon, serve on the leaves of lettuce, agréable, salsa or chiles and enjoy it.
