Chicken Salad Rolls

A very healthy meal, light and full of vitamins. These are delicious chicken salad rolls. It's a perfect meal for kids or for a hot day when you want something refreshing.

  • Cook the chicken with a little water in a saucepan, add onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper; once well cooked, shred it.
  • Once the chicken is cool, mix it in a bowl with almonds, avocado, and grapes. Add salt and pepper.
  • Using a spoon, serve on the lettuce leaves, add sauce or chilies, and enjoy.
