A very healthy meal, light and full of vitamins. These are delicious chicken salad rolls. It's a perfect meal for kids or for a hot day when you want something refreshing.

1 cup chicken breast, shredded
3 leaves lettuce
1/4 cups almonds, chopped
1/4 cups grapes, seedless
1/4 avocados, crushed
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
Jalapeño chiles, to taste

Cook the chicken with a little water in a saucepan, add onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper; once well cooked, shred it.
Once the chicken is cool, mix it in a bowl with almonds, avocado, and grapes. Add salt and pepper.
Using a spoon, serve on the lettuce leaves, add sauce or chilies, and enjoy.
