4 Poblano chiles
1 can ear corn
300 grams panela cheese , in cubes
1 can evaporated milk
1 little box granulated chicken bouillon
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 onions, sliced into strips

The chiles are cooked slowly on a griddle; once they are cooked, clean them by removing the seeds.
Heat a pan with butter, and add the onion sliced into thin strips; season until the onion is cooked, then add the Knorr cube.
Add the corn and Clavel milk at the same time, let it sit for 5 minutes, then add the chiles cut into thin, clean strips.
Finally, add the cheese in cubes, wait for it to melt a little, and it's ready to serve.
