50 grams almonds, ground
60 grams peanut butter, sugar-free
3 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, chopped
3 tablespoons flaxseed
30 grams semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch sea salt

In a bowl, add the peanut butter, peanuts, flaxseed, chocolate, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Add the ground almond except for 1/2 tablespoon. Incorporate everything until you obtain a paste with a clay-like consistency.
In a separate container, mix the reserved 1/2 tablespoon of almond and the cocoa.
Form balls with the paste and roll them in the almond and cocoa mixture.
Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to a maximum of 2 days.
