1 cup Splenda, , No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
3 cups shredded coconut, sugar-free
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 cups water

In a pan, reduce water with SPLENDA® Granulated No Calorie Sweetener until it is 1/4 of its original volume. Let it cool (a clear syrup will form).
Grind the coconut.
Mix the thick syrup with the cream of tartar and the coconut.
Form balls 2 cm in diameter and bake at 180ºC for 3 minutes.
Place in number 3 cupcake liners.
