Coconut Treats with SPLENDA®

  • 1 cup Splenda, , No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 3 cups shredded coconut, sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cups water

  • In a pan, reduce water with SPLENDA® Granulated No Calorie Sweetener until it is 1/4 of its original volume. Let it cool (a clear syrup will form).
  • Grind the coconut.
  • Mix the thick syrup with the cream of tartar and the coconut.
  • Form balls 2 cm in diameter and bake at 180ºC for 3 minutes.
  • Place in number 3 cupcake liners.
