1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1 lime juice, Squeeze the juice.
1 teaspoon peppermint, The mind should be chopped.
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon parsley, Chop the parsley.

Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Strain and drink hot before sleeping.
