Cucumber Stuffed with Gelatin

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert, (20 g)
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes
  • chile powder, to accompany
  • hot sauce, to accompany

  • Peel the cucumbers with a grater, leaving stripes of skin; cut off the tip of the cucumber and, with the help of a corer, hollow out the cucumber to remove all the pulp. Set aside.
  • Heat the water, add D´Gari® light lemon gelatin, and mix until dissolved. Let cool and set aside.
  • Place the cucumbers in a glass to hold them, arrange the mango cubes inside, pour the lemon gelatin, and refrigerate until set.
  • Cut cucumber slices, serve with chili powder and hot sauce.
