Cucumber Sushi with Tuna

Tuna sushi is a simple, very practical, economical, and above all healthy recipe.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 can canned tuna in water
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • onions, to taste
  • 1/2 sprigs celery
  • 1 piece cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Cut the cucumber in half and use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds.
  • In a separate bowl, make a tuna salad with all the ingredients, and mix well.
  • Stuff the cucumber with the salad, slice carefully, and serve with grated carrot.
