Tuna sushi is a simple, very practical, economical, and above all healthy recipe.

1 cucumber
1 can canned tuna in water
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
onions, to taste
1/2 sprigs celery
1 piece cream cheese
1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
salt , and pepper to taste

Cut the cucumber in half and use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds.
In a separate bowl, make a tuna salad with all the ingredients, and mix well.
Stuff the cucumber with the salad, slice carefully, and serve with grated carrot.
