1/3 bunches fresh cilantro
1/4 onions, finely chopped
2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

Put the edamame, avocado, chipotle, cilantro, onion, and lime juice in the food processor and blend until the ingredients are smooth. Add enough water to achieve a creamy consistency and blend once more.
Transfer the guacamole to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
