1/2 cups zucchini
1/2 cups tomato
1/2 cups button mushrooms
1/2 cups spinach
1/2 cups egg white, or 4 pieces
2 tablespoons coconut oil , or olive oil

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Chop the vegetables into small cubes and sauté with coconut or olive oil.
Once the vegetables are ready, in another pan with a little coconut or olive oil, add the egg whites and let them cook.
Finally, add the vegetables on top of the egg white base.
You can accompany with green or red sauce.
