Egg White Omelet

A different way to savor a delicious omelet. Reducing the caloric load of the recipe, but without sacrificing flavor. Give it a try!

  • 1/2 cups zucchini
  • 1/2 cups tomato
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups egg white, or 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil , or olive oil

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Chop the vegetables into small cubes and sauté with coconut or olive oil.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, in another pan with a little coconut or olive oil, add the egg whites and let them cook.
  • Finally, add the vegetables on top of the egg white base.
  • You can accompany with green or red sauce.
