Fish Fajitas with Soy Sauce

Healthy and delicious golden fish fillet prepared with soy sauce. Accompany this delightful recipe with white rice or steamed vegetables.

  • 1 fish fillet , golden
  • 1/2 red onions

  • Cut the fish (golden) into thin strips, the onion into thin strips, the green chili into small pieces, the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt.
  • The fish, a pinch of salt, and the juice of one lemon are mixed for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the skillet with two tablespoons of butter, place the fish to fry, when it is halfway fried, add the onion and the chili, mix for 5 minutes, and integrate enough soy sauce until everything is cooked and a dark color is achieved, remove and serve hot.
  • It is eaten as tacos with corn tortillas.
