  • 3/4 cups San Juan® egg whites
  • 5 slices salami
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 leaves spinach
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams ground pepper

  • Season the egg whites with salt and pepper and whisk. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
