Frozen Yoghurt Bars with Fruit

  • 1 cup Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar, drinkable, mango flavor
  • 1/4 cups almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups coconut, grated and toasted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced, for decoration
  • 1/2 cups canned peaches, sliced, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, whole grain

  • In a bowl, mix Yoplait Greek® yoghurt with no added sugar, mango drinkable flavor with almonds, walnuts, coconut, and vanilla.
  • Pour into a deep tray lined with parchment paper and spread with a spatula to your desired thickness. Decorate the surface with strawberries, peaches, and cereal.
  • Freeze the previous mixture until solid. Remove from the tray and cut with a knife. Enjoy.
