Fruit Cup with Compote and FAGE Total® 0% Yogurt

Easy and delicious recipe for breakfast. If you're in a hurry and don't know what to have for breakfast, this recipe is perfect for those quick mornings.

  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cups blackberries
  • peppermint
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cups raspberries

  • Place the chopped raspberries in a deep pot. Add the honey and a pinch of salt. Keep on low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the water until fully combined, then pour it into the pot.
  • Keep on the heat for 5 more minutes or until the consistency becomes thick. Do not stop stirring.
  • Let it cool completely. Place two tablespoons of the fruit compote at the bottom of a glass jar.
  • Add half a cup of FAGE Total® 0% Greek Style Yogurt into the jar. Pour more compote and add strawberries or berries. Repeat the steps until the container is full.
  • Add a bit of granola on top and more fruits.
