Fruit Oat Jar

This fruit oat jar recipe is a very complete and delicious breakfast that you can take with you and eat on your way to work. It is very easy to prepare and you can customize it with the ingredients you like the most.

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon nut , chopped
  • 1/2 bananas, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 envelope artificial sweetener

  • In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients. Mix well until they are perfectly combined and seal the jar.
  • Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. Add a little more milk if it is too dry.
