500 grams tomato
50 grams bread, hard
1/2 cucumbers
100 grams green bell pepper
1/2 cloves garlic
35 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
vinegar
salt
water

Peel and chop the tomatoes, strawberries, cucumber, and bell pepper.
Blend all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Taste to adjust the water, salt, and vinegar.
Pass the entire mixture through a strainer so that the gazpacho is smooth.
