  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 20 grams panela cheese
  • 1/4 broccoli
  • 1 chicken
  • 10 grams Habanero hot sauce

  • Bring water to a boil and add the broccoli.
  • Grill the chicken.
  • Once the broccoli and chicken are ready, cut the broccoli, tomato, panela cheese, and chicken into appropriate sizes for easy eating.
  • Place all the ingredients on top of the gluten-free tostada.
  • Add a little habanero sauce on top and you're done :)
