1/2 tomatoes
20 grams panela cheese
1/4 broccoli
1 chicken
10 grams Habanero hot sauce
Preparation

Bring water to a boil and add the broccoli.
Grill the chicken.
Once the broccoli and chicken are ready, cut the broccoli, tomato, panela cheese, and chicken into appropriate sizes for easy eating.
Place all the ingredients on top of the gluten-free tostada.
Add a little habanero sauce on top and you're done :)
