This gourmet sandwich is much healthier!!! Instead of mayonnaise, we will use the delicious Libanius Hummus. It is rich in protein and will help us stay energized all day.

4 slices wholemeal bread
2 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
1 cucumber, sliced
2 eggs, cooked
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 pinch paprika
1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Chop the eggs and place them in a bowl.
Add to the bowl the Hummus, Dijon mustard, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread a generous portion of the mixture on each slice of bread and top with cucumber slices and another slice of bread.
