1/4 white cabbages, washed and disinfected
2 tomatoes, large, washed, and cut into quarters or eighths
1 can ear corn, yellow, drained
1 green bell pepper, large, cut into strips
400 grams Manchego cheese, low-fat Oaxaca cheese cut into cubes
4 lemons
olive oil , enough
honey, enough quantity
salt , and pepper to taste

In a salad bowl, we will place the chopped lettuce by hand to avoid oxidation, as well as the cabbage, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, and cheese.
When serving, each diner will individually add lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and season with salt and pepper to their plate.
