  • 1 romaine lettuce , washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 white cabbages, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, large, washed, and cut into quarters or eighths
  • 1 can ear corn, yellow, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, large, cut into strips
  • 400 grams Manchego cheese, low-fat Oaxaca cheese cut into cubes
  • 4 lemons
  • olive oil , enough
  • honey, enough quantity
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • In a salad bowl, we will place the chopped lettuce by hand to avoid oxidation, as well as the cabbage, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, and cheese.
  • When serving, each diner will individually add lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and season with salt and pepper to their plate.
