  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 eggplant, sliced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • salt
  • chipotle chile, flakes
  • turkey bacon, in strips
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 red onion, in rounds
  • 3 tablespoons parsley , chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • Put the oil and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Add chili flakes, salt, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and thickly sliced red onion.
  • Use half a white onion to rub on the grill.
  • Place the vegetables and turkey bacon, grill on both sides, remove and cut everything into julienne strips.
  • Serve alongside your preferred dish.
