  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pumpkins, in sheets
  • 1 eggplant, in sheets
  • 3 carrots, in sheets

  • chipotle chile, leaflets
  • turkey bacon, in strips
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • Put oil and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Add chili pepper flakes, salt, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and purple onion into thick slices.
  • Use the half white onion to rub on the grill.
  • Place the vegetables and the turkey bacon, handle on both sides, remove and cut everything mixed in julienne.
  • Serve accompanying the dish of your choice.
