2 zucchinis, sliced
1 eggplant, sliced
3 carrots, sliced

chipotle chile, flakes
turkey bacon, in strips
1/2 white onions
1 red onion, in rounds
3 tablespoons parsley , chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation

Put the oil and vegetables in a bowl.
Add chili flakes, salt, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and thickly sliced red onion.
Use half a white onion to rub on the grill.
Place the vegetables and turkey bacon, grill on both sides, remove and cut everything into julienne strips.
Serve alongside your preferred dish.
