1/2 white onions
1 red onion, sliced
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped

Put oil and vegetables in a bowl.
Add chili pepper flakes, salt,
chopped garlic, chopped
parsley and purple onion into thick slices.
Use the half white onion to rub on the grill.
Place the vegetables and the turkey bacon, handle on both sides, remove and cut everything mixed in julienne.
Serve accompanying the dish of your choice.
