Ham and cheese wrap

  • turkey deli ham, in slices
  • Manchego cheese, in slices
  • American cheese, in slices
  • tomato, in slices
  • red onion, in strips
  • avocado, in slices
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, for the dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, for the dressing
  • salt, for the dressing

  • Fill the Eva® French Lettuce with ham, Manchego cheese, yellow cheese, tomato, red onion and avocado. Close, form a roll and, if necessary, place a toothpick. Booking.
  • For the dressing: in a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper. Booking.
  • Serve the ham and cheese wrap in a tupperware container and serve with the dressing. Enjoy!
