  • 300 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cups butter, almonds
  • 1/3 cups coconut oil
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 cup stevia
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour, coconut
  • 1/3 cups flour, almond
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Add the almond butter and coconut and mix.
  • Add the cocoa and sugar and mix.
  • Add the egg and vanilla and beat well.
  • Add the flours and baking powder and finish mixing.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
