Don't let the diet take away the pleasure of eating a burger; prepare it healthily by replacing the bread with lettuce and enjoy burgers whenever you crave them.
Mix the ground meat, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the burgers. Divide the meat into 6 equal portions and with damp hands, form patties that are 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick. (It is not necessary to pack the meat too tightly) Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the burger patties on the hottest part of the grill and cook until their internal temperature reaches 63 degrees (about 4-6 minutes on each side).
One minute before the patties are done, place the blue cheese on top.
Prepare the burgers. Place the meat with the dressing on the lettuce and wrap it to cover the meat as if it were the bread.
