5 zucchinis
100 grams turkey deli ham
100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
100 milliliters cream , low in fat
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoons mustard
salt , and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, to taste
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped

Wash and disinfect the zucchinis
Shred into long, thin strips as if they were noodles.
Cook in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes.
Drain.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the onion, adding a splash of olive oil to prevent the butter from burning.
Gradually add the cream.
Add the mustard and mix.
Add the Oaxaca cheese until melted, the ham, and season.
Serve the sauce over the zucchini spaghetti and add Parmesan cheese to taste.
