Healthy Coconut and Almond Cookies

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon water

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Process the almonds for 3 minutes until you get a powder. Add the coconut, dates, and water. Process for two more minutes until you obtain a dough.
  • Shape the cookies with your hands and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or until they are golden brown on the edges. Cool and serve with milk.
