Healthy Pancakes for Kids

Perfect for breakfast or dinner, they are very easy to make and you can add your own twist while keeping a healthy breakfast that both little ones and adults will love.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons corn flakes, sugar-free baby
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

  • In a deep plate, mash the banana with a fork, add the egg to the banana, and mix it very well.
  • Add the tablespoons of flour and a splash of vanilla, just until the ingredients are mixed; it doesn't have to be lump-free.
  • In a griddle or non-stick pan with butter, prepare the pancakes with the help of a spoon. When the edges are partially cooked and a few bubbles form, flip them.
