Delicious and healthy pasta accompanied by egg whites, carrot, pumpkin, bell pepper, pumpkin seeds, and black sesame. Being such an easy and delicious recipe, you can cook it during the week on those days when you don't have much time and want to eat something tasty and healthy.

  • 60 grams San Juan® egg whites
  • 50 grams pasta
  • 35 grams carrot
  • 35 grams pumpkin
  • 35 grams bell pepper
  • 50 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 1 gram black sesame seeds
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 gram pepper

  • Place a square of cling film in a cup, forming a cavity to put the egg white inside, season with salt and pepper, and close with the ends facing up with a knot. Boil the San Juan® Egg White in boiling water for 5 minutes, cut, and set aside.
  • In a pot, cook the pasta al dente in water with a little oil and a pinch of salt, drain the pasta, and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté the vegetables in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add the pasta to the hot vegetables, mixing and adjusting the seasoning.
  • Serve on the desired plate, add a few drops of olive oil, and garnish with pumpkin seeds, black sesame, and the egg white.
