Healthy Thousand Island Dressing

  • 1 cup light natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cups ketchup, low-sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onion, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups green olives, chopped
  • 1/4 red bell peppers, roasted
  • 1 egg, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • salad, for serving

  • In a blender, combine plain yogurt, low-sugar ketchup, onion, olives, red bell peppers, parsley, hard-boiled egg, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.  
  • Serve Thousand Island dressing with a salad.
