  • In a pot, add the rice, water, and salt. Heat over high heat until the water boils. Lower the temperature, cover the pot and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Transfer the rice to a bowl, add the sesame seeds and McCormick® Almond Oil Mayonnaise Dressing. Mix until everything is integrated.
  • Subsequently, form rice balls with your hands and pass them through the corn starch, as this will help it to compact better and they will not fall apart so easily, crush them slightly to form a circle. Immediately take a pot over medium heat with oil and once hot, fry the rice crackers for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and drain on absorbent paper.
  • Add the puffed rice, McCormick® Almond Oil Mayonnaise Dressing and cornstarch to a bowl. Mix perfectly until everything is perfectly integrated.
  • To form them: with the help of a circular cutter, begin to form the cookies by supporting yourself with a spoon to compact them better, at the end glaze with the egg yolk and bake at 170 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the homemade rice crackers and accompany them with your favorite toppings or enjoy them alone.
