  • 2 cups cups of mango with Vita + ® orange juice
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons granola

  • For the jelly, separate the fruit juice from the mango cups with Vita +® orange juice.
  • Add the gelatin to the orange juice and let it hydrate completely. Melt in the microwave for 5 seconds. Set aside.
  • Pour ¾ of the fruit you separated into two cups and fill with the orange jelly. Refrigerate until fully set.
  • In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with vanilla and orange zest.
  • Once the jelly is set, add the yoghurt, granola, and finish with the remaining fruit. Enjoy.
