Meanwhile, we heat a pan to toast the bread, and we will add some chopped fresh thyme to the hummus
We will drizzle some oil on the slices of bread, toast them in the pan, and just when they are almost done, we will add the cheese to let it melt.
On the other side of the sandwich, we will spread hummus, drizzle a bit of oil, combine it with the cheese, and return it to the pan for one more minute on each side until it is nicely browned.
