  • 3 Romaine lettuces
  • 40 grams tomato
  • 30 grams carrot
  • 30 grams ear corn, white
  • 10 grams soybean sprouts
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 20 grams avocado
  • 1 gram basil
  • 1 gram dried oregano

  • Separate and disinfect the lettuce leaves, drain, and set aside.
