Low-Carb Hawaiian Pizza

  • 2 cups cauliflower, in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 package virginia turkey ham Lala® Plenia®
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced into medium cubes
  • chile flakes, for decoration
  • olive oil, for decoration

  • For the crust, finely grate the cauliflower on a board. Now mix it in a bowl with the egg, almond flour, parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, and salt until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Roll out the dough on a surface, shape it, and place it on a pizza tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Pour the tomato sauce over the crust, add mozzarella cheese, and distribute the pineapple and Lala Plenia® turkey Virginia ham; bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven.
  • Cut the pizza and garnish with chili flakes and olive oil.
