  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • cream cheese
  • oregano

  • Slice the bread, tomato, and eggplant.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bread.
  • Place the slices of tomato and eggplant on top of the bread.
  • Bake at 190° C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with oregano.
