Combine all solid ingredients in a giant bowl, except for the blue cheese.
To make the dressing: combine honey and mustard to taste (it's better to use more honey) and add lemon and olive oil until you have an amazing dressing.
Just before serving, pour in the blue cheese and the dressing. Mix well.
