Mint and Lemon Smoothie

With a mint and lemon smoothie, you'll feel like you're at the beach. It's a very refreshing drink.

  • 10 leaves spearmint
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • lime zest
  • sugar, to taste
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Put the mint leaves with the lemon zest and water in a pot.
  • As soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
  • Strain and wait for it to cool.
  • Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice. At the end of the preparation, add the lemon juice, blend for 10 more seconds, and serve.
