Mojarras with 3 Chiles

This is a recipe to make delicious marinated fish fillets with orange juice, the touch of the chiles will be spectacular.

  • The mojarras fillets are marinated with orange juice and seasoned with salt and pepper for one to two hours in a skillet.
  • Garlic is sautéed and the fillets are fried. They are set aside.
  • All the chiles (tree chile, cambray, and ancho) are washed and deveined, then cooked and blended with cream cheese.
  • If it turns out too spicy, add a little cream.
  • The fillets are coated with the cream cheese sauce and served with California-style cooked vegetables and a puree.
